My services are valuable specifically to non-native English-speaking researchers and clinicians. I have an educational background in the sciences, years of experience under my belt, and an unsatisfiable interest in reading and educating myself on the cutting edge science being published every day.

I integrate skills, experiences, passion, and additional time researching my clients’ specialties into my editing services.

Formatting

If needed, ZSW&E offers services that tailor your journal articles to specific journal formatting rules. Please specify ahead of time which journal(s) you hope to pursue and allow additional time for these services. 

Publication-Ready References

In-text citations and reference list formatted and verified to ensure each citation is appropriately listed in the body of the text and in the reference list.

Journal Articles

With dozens of edited articles on my belt, I’ve developed a solid approach to editing pieces of all different fields of research. This approach involves measures that are taken prior to and alongside my edits to ensure I am familiar with the context of the topic. I integrate research along with my experience and skill, thus ensuring that all edits and suggestions are correct in the context of your specialty.

Grants

Understanding the nature of grants and funding, I initially offer pro bono work for grants specifically with the agreement that, upon receipt of the grant, my efforts will be compensated for. Please reach out via email to receive more information regarding rates and terms of the agreement.

Abstracts, Book Chapters, Posters, etc.

I am happy to tailor my services to any other written work you need edited. Website blurbs, pamphlets, testimonials, presentations, you name it!

I also offer my clients the ability to schedule Skype conferences in preparation for lectures presented in English, to help polish your script.
